A Summer Evening of Piston Spirits and Paired Food
The Piston Spirits Evening brings together a selection of summer serves from Piston Gin with a specially prepared menu from The Butchers Arms kitchen.
Each drink has been matched with a canapé or light bite to complement the flavours, from citrus-cured trout and monkfish curry bowls to Longhorn beef spring rolls and a Black Forest choux bun.
The evening will finish with a mystery spirit and mystery canapé, making this a relaxed but memorable food and drink experience for gin lovers, regular guests and anyone looking for a special summer evening out near Gloucester.

Limoncello, prosecco and soda, finished with lemon and mint.

Gin and citrus-cured chalk stream trout, wrapped in nori with dill emulsion and pickled cucumber.

A fiery stem ginger serve with Piston Ginger Gin and ginger ale.

Monkfish curry bowls with cashew and almond sauce, coriander and fragrant rice.
